City Park Clearwater Clubhouse

The Client wished to transform a tired 3500sf Clubhouse into a vibrant, sleek, modern place where residents can enjoy gathering by themselves or in groups. The renovation consisted of re-working the entire interior of the building to incorporate open spaces and to allow for more natural light into the space. All of the interior finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories are new.
