Rockhaven Circle Renovation/Addition
The Client wished to transform a 1953 house, located in a lovely neighborhood, into a home that was better able to accommodate the needs of a modern day family. With renovations and additions, the existing home of 1700 sf grew to 3000 sf upon project completion. The scope of this project features the design and build out of a new modern kitchen, open stairs, an expansive master suite, and the addition of 3 new bedrooms and 2 1/2 new baths. The new design stays true to the concept of mid-century modern while incorporating modern technologies.
