Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel

This hotel is part of a large public-private venture to revitalize downtown Virginia Beach. The four-star, full service hotel includes 300 guest rooms, a 14,000 square feet restaurant, 14,000 square feet of conference space and a freestanding restaurant. Covered parking is provided by a 825-space, 5-level parking garage accessible via overhead walkway. In addition, there is an approximate 70,000 square feet community park area, 26,000 square feet of retail and proposed streets cape improvements along the 31st Street site included as part of this project.
