Metropolis Condominiums Public Area Refresh Project

The Board of Directors of a hip condominium building in Midtown Atlanta wished to refresh the public areas of the property serving 498 condominium units.  The renovation scope included updating the following areas: first floor mail and elevator lobbies, garage elevator lobbies, residential elevator lobbies, residential corridors, management offices, and conference room. The renovation concept resulted in a modern new identity for the building that merges sleek design elements  with timeless elegance.
